2. Hosting

The website is hosted by Google Firebase Hosting, operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Website files are delivered through Google’s global content network.

Contact inquiries and public content (services, gallery, locations) are stored in Google Cloud Firestore in the Berlin region (europe-west10). Images are stored in Google Cloud Storage.

3. Data we collect

When you send an inquiry we store your name, email address, guest count, event date and message in Firestore so we can reply. We do not sell this data.

4. Cookies and analytics

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or other marketing / audience-measurement trackers. We do not set cookies for advertising or reach measurement.

The contact form may be protected by Google reCAPTCHA (Firebase App Check). Google may process technical data (for example IP address and browser information) to tell humans from bots.

The admin login uses Firebase Authentication and stores a session in the browser (local storage), only after someone signs in at /admin.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Contact us at hello@eventail.agency. You may also lodge a complaint with the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
